Very fast and efficient service. I took app. 15 minutes from the time we arrived till we got to see the doctor. No pre booked appointment was necessary. The doctor examined and helped us. Had also some blood test taken. The staff is friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak Spanish. This was much easier than I expected. If it's not urgent you can show up between 9-11 am without an appointment.
Its a shame, nobody answers the phone. I ve been trying for 2 weeks. It’s very difficult to take an appointment by phone. They tell you that the lists of the doctors are closed and that you need to to call on Tuesday te be able to make an appointment. Ok so I call hundred times on Tuesdays and even on Mondays and no way. It’s a shame, the phone rings and it shifts to busy. Once, they told me that that’s normal because they are busy with the calls and that there is only one person that answeres the phone. So It seems just normal to them. It’s incredible. They didn’t understand yet that they need more persons to answer the phone ? Although everybody is complaining ? It’s a shame. I will change the insurance company for sure.
General medicine doctors don’t care at all about patients. They want you to leave as soon as possible without even checking your conditions. I got correct diagnose 10 days later in another clinic, losing time and having wrong treatment for 10 days. Changed the insurance to another one.
Doctor Guillermo Pedraza is an excellent professional and a great person. His treatment is human, close, attentive, above all he listens, which makes you feel that you are a person and not just another number. Without hesitation, every time I have to go to your office, I know that I am in the best hands. Thank you Doctor Pedraza.
